Al-Husseini Discusses Security and Regional Issues with Lebanese and Moroccan Officials

Iraq's ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Reda Al-Husseini, met on Thursday with the Director General of Lebanese Public Security, Major General Hassan Shaqir, as well as with the Moroccan ambassador to Lebanon, Amhad Krin, to discuss common and regional issues. The discussions took place at the headquarters of the Lebanese Public Security Directorate, where updates on the situation in Lebanon and the region were reviewed, along with several security files and issues of mutual interest. The meeting also addressed the status of the Iraqi community in Lebanon and ways to follow up on their affairs. In a separate meeting, Al-Husseini and the Moroccan ambassador discussed strengthening bilateral relations, cooperation, and coordination between the two embassies, as well as exchanging views on key regional developments and current challenges.
