Hunter Biden Hints at Possible US Presidential Run

Hunter Biden, son of former U.S. President Joe Biden, recently did not rule out the possibility of his participation in the race for the United States presidency, indicating his ability to represent the interests of those struggling with addiction in the country. In an interview with journalist John Catsimatidis, when questioned about his presidential ambitions, the younger Biden stated: "If I have your support, I may have to (run in the elections)." Biden Jr., who has previously admitted to battling drug addiction, clarified that his potential voter base could stem from this group, adding: "My biggest concern is 50 million Americans who are still suffering from addiction." He also stressed that assuming the U.S. presidency requires the occupant to acknowledge the rule of law. Hunter Biden, who has a criminal record and whose father assured him a pardon at the end of his term, remarked: "This is my basic condition for any candidate." Despite his statements, the former U.S. president's son did not express a definitive commitment to run for office, emphasizing his belief that the Democratic Party possesses numerous qualified candidates.
