Housing Fund Announces Commencement of Electronic Application Completion for Approved Loans

The Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities announced on Thursday that the Iraqi Housing Fund, one of its formations, has commenced completing the electronic application procedures for those approved for its loans. The Ministry stated that approved loan applicants would receive an SMS confirmation of approval. A separate SMS, containing a correction link, will be sent to applicants needing to amend their electronic forms. After verification, a final approval SMS will follow. Upon final confirmation, beneficiaries must download the Iraqi Housing Fund app from Google Play and the App Store, using their registered phone number. Twenty-four hours post-download, users must complete the required in-app data, as guided by the attached instructional video.
