Government Spokesperson: No Change in Path to End International Coalition Mission; Iraq's Relations Based on Sovereignty

The Iraqi government spokesperson, Haider Al-Aboudi, affirmed that the path to ending the international coalition's military mission will not undergo any change outside the will of the Iraqi state, emphasizing that September 30 represents a fundamental sovereign entitlement.
