The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, received today, Monday, a high-level parliamentary delegation from the United Kingdom, including several members of the ruling Labour Party, in the presence of the Iraqi ambassador to the United Kingdom, Saleh Al-Tamimi. The meeting focused on discussing the judiciary's role in maintaining state security and its democratic system, emphasizing the importance of strengthening justice mechanisms to ensure state stability and protect the democratic order.
