Supreme Judicial Council blesses completion legislative executive authorities constitutionally
The Supreme Judicial Council blessed today, Thursday, the completion of the formation of the legislative and executive authorities in accordance with the constitution.
A statement from its media office reported that "the Supreme Judicial Council held its fifth session, chaired by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Faiq Zidan, during which a number of judges and members of the Public Prosecution were promoted."
According to the statement, the Council blessed "the completion of the formation of the legislative and executive authorities in accordance with the constitution."
The Council extended "thanks and appreciation to the judges in the cassation panel specialized in considering appeals against the decisions of the Accountability and Justice Commission, the judges in the judicial panel specialized in considering appeals against the decisions of the Electoral Commission Board, and the judges of the Federal Supreme Court for their great efforts that played a decisive role in achieving this important democratic accomplishment."
