Prime Minister Directs Ministers to Identify and Dismiss Officials with Corruption Suspicions, Holding Them Responsible

Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi on Tuesday directed ministers to identify and dismiss any agent or director-general facing corruption suspicions. During his chairmanship of the eleventh ordinary Council of Ministers session, Al-Zaidi reviewed agenda items and approved necessary directives and decisions. He highlighted the recent Coordination Framework meeting, which expressed broad support for the government's anti-corruption measures, confirming that its leaders and other political forces would not protect corrupt individuals. Al-Zaidi stressed that government procedures would hold the concerned minister responsible for retaining any director-general or agent with corruption allegations in their post.
