Official Investigation Launched Into US Flag Incident During Sovereignty Day

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ali Faleh Al-Zubaidi, ordered on Sunday the formation of an investigative committee regarding the violation against the United States flag during Sovereignty Day. His media office stated that Al-Zubaidi ordered the committee to examine the circumstances of the violation that occurred during a parade on Sovereignty Day involving the US flag. Al-Zubaidi condemned the act, emphasizing the necessity of adhering to diplomatic laws and norms, and directed authorities to take necessary legal measures against violators while finalizing the investigation promptly.
