Iraqi Parliament Cancels Appointments of Service Council Head and Deputies

Iraq's Parliament voted today, Sunday, to cancel the appointment of the Federal Service Council's head and his deputies. A statement from the Parliament's media department confirmed the vote included a recommendation for the government to transfer the council's management to the most senior member to ensure operational continuity.
