Iraq Thanks Iran for Allowing Oil Tankers Through Strait of Hormuz

During the meeting, the minister expressed appreciation for facilitating the passage of Iraqi oil shipments, emphasizing the importance of continuing such cooperation.
The Iranian ambassador outlined Tehran’s position on recent developments related to the conflict, while regional issues were also discussed.
Hussein reaffirmed Iraq’s consistent policy of rejecting war and the need to end it.
He stressed the importance of resolving disputes through dialogue and peaceful negotiations.
