Iran's Envoy in Geneva: Strait of Hormuz Fully Open to Commercial Vessels

Ali Bahreini, Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative in Geneva, confirmed that the Strait of Hormuz is fully open to commercial vessel traffic. Bahreini highlighted the transit of large quantities of oil through this vital waterway in recent days. He further stated that primary discussions concerning the Strait of Hormuz would take place between Iran and Oman, followed by parallel talks with the parties to the memorandum of understanding.
