Iranian Judiciary Head: Tehran to Drive Final Nail in Washington's Coffin in Region

The head of Iran's Judiciary, Gholamhossein Mohseni Eje'i, affirmed on Thursday that the strategic equations and security arrangements in the West Asia region will not revert to their previous state, emphasizing that "Islamic Iran will strike the final nail in America's coffin in the region." In his remarks, the Iranian official stated that "the aggressive Americans attacked points within our country last night, and the Iranian armed forces quickly retaliated against these aggressions." Mohseni Eje'i added that "the problem faced by senior American officials is their failure to grasp the concept of Iranian zeal and honor." Eje'i further elaborated: "Everyone must know that the defense of the homeland for a Muslim Iranian is not merely the protection of land, but rather the safeguarding of honor, identity, and a great civilizational legacy." This statement follows an earlier announcement by the US Central Command (CENTCOM) on Thursday morning, which stated that its forces had begun conducting "defensive strikes" against multiple targets in Iran, noting that "forces began additional defensive strikes today at 5:15 p.m. ET against multiple targets in Iran."
