Head of Supreme Judicial Council and Italian Counterpart Agree to Sign MoU for Enhanced Judicial Cooperation

The Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, and the President of the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation have agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation. This agreement came during a meeting held today, Thursday, between Judge Zidan and the Italian President, Pasquale D'Ascola. The meeting addressed exchanging expertise and joint cooperation between both countries in judicial and legal fields, emphasizing the importance of this memorandum to strengthen mutual legal ties.
