Finance Minister Directs Disbursement of Employee Allowances and Promotions

On Sunday, Minister of Finance Faleh Sari directed all ministries, non-affiliated entities, and governorates to grant due allowances and promotions to state employees. The Minister emphasized the completion of all administrative and financial procedures related to these entitlements in accordance with prevailing regulations. Sari stressed the exemption of allowances, promotions, political separation cases, and certificate calculations from Ministerial Circular No. (137137). He clarified that this exemption ensures these entitlements are not affected by any regulatory measures contained within the said circular, affirming that their issuance comes within the framework of commitment to employee rights and entitlements, and the ministry's keenness to enhance job stability.
