Badr Organization Secretary-General's Office Denies Framework Committee on State Arms Control

Hadi al-Amiri's office, Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, today, Wednesday, denied the formation of a committee within the Coordination Framework regarding the state's exclusive control of arms. Muhammad Raad, director of the office, affirmed in a statement that media and political reports about a committee, allegedly led by al-Amiri to follow this file, are false. The statement emphasized the Framework has not formed any committee for this purpose.
