AlZaidi government keen to provide full support holy shrines

The Prime Minister, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, emphasized today, Sunday, the government's keenness to provide full support to the holy shrines.

A statement from his media office reported that "The Prime Minister, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, received a delegation from the Holy Husseinic Shrine, who extended their congratulations on the occasion of forming the government and gaining the confidence of the Parliament."

The statement added that "The meeting witnessed a review of the conditions in the Holy Karbala Governorate, and the follow-up of plans and procedures related to completing service and development projects, as well as the holy shrine's contribution in this field."

The Prime Minister stressed "The government's keenness to provide full support to the holy shrines in order to secure the best services for visitors arriving from inside and outside Iraq, especially during the million-man pilgrimage visits."
