Al-Zaidi and Al-Maliki urge combining efforts to complete government formation

Prime Minister Ali Falah al-Zaidi and State of Law Coalition leader Nouri al-Maliki affirmed, today Thursday, the necessity of combining the efforts of national forces to complete the government formation.

A statement issued by the Prime Minister's media office said that al-Zaidi met today Thursday with State of Law Coalition leader Nouri Kamel al-Maliki.

The statement added that the meeting included an exchange of congratulations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, along with a discussion of conditions in the country, and emphasis on the necessity of combining the efforts of national forces to complete the government formation and enable it to implement its program and development plans in a way that achieves the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
