Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, received Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi today, Saturday, in his Baghdad office. The meeting focused on reviewing current political and security developments, alongside exploring methods to strengthen stability across the nation. Discussions delved into the latest political and security situation in Iraq, addressing the complex challenges confronting the political process. They also covered mechanisms to bolster stability and safeguard supreme national interests, according to a statement issued by al-Maliki's media office. Both parties affirmed during the talks the critical importance of sustained joint political efforts to consolidate stability and unify national positions regarding ongoing issues and challenges.
