Al-Maliki Affirms Iraq's Support for Jordan Against Terrorism

Nouri Al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, announced on Saturday his full solidarity with Jordan in the fight against terrorism. Al-Maliki stated on the "X" platform that condemning terrorism is a fundamental stance that cannot be compromised, emphasizing that the terrorist crimes suffered by Iraqis—including targeting innocents, displacing families, and destroying cities by ISIS gangs—heighten awareness of the brutality and danger of terrorism to societies. He added that Iraq stands with Jordan in confronting terrorism, stressing that the security of Arab peoples is interconnected, and that confronting extremism and terrorism is a collective responsibility requiring full solidarity.
