Trump Proposes Naming Atlantic or Pacific After Himself

U.S. President Donald Trump suggested renaming the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean to "Trump Ocean" or "Ocean of the Americas." Trump floated the idea during a campaign rally in Clarksville, Tennessee, on Saturday, ahead of the midterm elections set for November 3. Addressing the crowd, Trump said: "We need a river. We need an ocean," proposing a new name for either body of water, adding: "We'll name it the Trump Ocean or Ocean of the Americas, something like that," drawing laughter and applause, according to The Washington Post.
