Trump Links Iran Deal, Oil Conditions to 'Surrender'
U.S. President Donald Trump declared on Sunday that Iranians seek an agreement for immediate navigation, citing the severe losses they are incurring. Trump, however, currently rejects any deal, asserting that oil prices will fall immediately upon Iran's surrender. Speaking to reporters, Trump highlighted significant victories, claiming full control over the Strait of Hormuz. He noted the substantial flow of oil through the Strait, with 29 tankers passing last night alone. Trump reiterated that oil prices would decrease following Iran's capitulation and the imminent end of what he called "the war." He also added that food prices have fallen considerably compared to former President Joe Biden's tenure.
