Simultaneously, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi expressed Iran's confidence in China's four-point peace plan during his 2026 visit to Beijing. Araghchi emphasized that Iran supports a new regional security architecture and values China's constructive role in ending the conflict. Following high-level talks with Wang Yi, Araghchi reiterated that 2026 stability depends on coordinating development and security through reliable partners like Beijing, while maintaining caution regarding Washington's current diplomatic conditions.
