Dollar exchange rates experienced a slight decline against the Iraqi dinar in the morning transactions on Saturday. The selling price at local exchange offices reached 169,500 dinars per 100 dollars. Meanwhile, the buying price stood at 168,500 dinars per 100 dollars.
