Senior Iranian Commander Warns US: "Firm and Devastating Response" to Any Military Aggression
Major General Pilot Ali Abdollahi, Commander of Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned the United States today that any military action or what he described as "brutality" against his country would be met with a "firm and devastating response" by the Iranian armed forces. Abdollahi affirmed the military's full readiness to defend the nation's security and sovereignty. The military official clarified that the Iranian armed forces reaffirm their commitment to supreme directives, emphasizing continued efforts to enhance national unity and coordination between the armed forces and state institutions to safeguard Iran's security and interests. He added that any "greed, expansion, or aggression" by the United States would face a response whose consequences would be far heavier than previous imposed wars. Abdollahi stressed that Iran's defensive capabilities constitute a fundamental pillar for protecting the country's security and stability. Abdollahi indicated that Washington is attempting to sow division between the people and officials following what he termed its "military failures," calling for the preservation of internal cohesion and the thwarting of attempts aimed at destabilizing the country.
