Nabil Fahmy, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, expressed his strong rejection and condemnation of Iran's continued policies and practices that threaten regional security and stability. Fahmy affirmed these actions flagrantly violate international law, the UN Charter, and Security Council Resolution No. 2817, and contravene good neighborly rules. He further condemned repeated Iranian attacks on commercial vessels, warning they endanger international navigation security. His condemnation specifically cited ongoing assaults targeting Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Jordan. The Secretary-General reiterated his absolute rejection of any practices undermining Arab states' sovereignty and territorial integrity, which pose a direct threat to their national security. He added that any infringement on an Arab state's sovereignty is an unacceptable violation demanding a unified and firm Arab stance.
