Kremlin Announces Readiness to Resume Tripartite Talks Next Month

The Kremlin announced on Wednesday Russia's readiness to resume tripartite talks with the United States and Ukraine next month, following a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and US envoy Steve Witkoff in Saint Petersburg. Kremlin advisor Yuri Ushakov told reporters that the president informed Witkoff that Russia is fundamentally prepared to restart these talks. Ushakov added that the talks could take place in mid-November, focusing primarily on security building after the conflict ends.
