Iranian President: Relations with Neighbors Show Remarkable Improvement and Effective Coordination

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated on Friday that his country's relations with its neighbors have significantly improved compared to the past, highlighting a high level of effective cooperation. He reported Iran's success in establishing and expanding new trade routes with neighboring countries to counter economic challenges and the imposed blockade. Pezeshkian clarified that the current coordination with neighboring states surpasses previous periods, commending their stances which prevented the infiltration of anti-national security elements. He added that achieving this regional and internal understanding and solidarity, which thwarted hostile schemes, was not an easy task despite its simple declaration. The President noted that adversaries had anticipated the state's collapse due to intense pressures and harsh sanctions, with external pressures always present and faced by all previous governments, these hostile actions peaking during the current government's term.
