Iranian President Affirms Right to Uranium Enrichment

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian affirmed on Sunday his country's absolute right to uranium enrichment. Pezeshkian declared Iran "will not back down" from this sovereign right, stressing "the opposing side is compelled to accept that." He linked the shift in international stances towards Iran to "the sacrifices of our forces in the army and Revolutionary Guard and our national cohesion."
