Iranian Parliament We prepared mechanism collect Strait Hormuz fees

The head of the National Security Committee in the Iranian Parliament, Ibrahim Azizi, said Saturday that Tehran has prepared a mechanism to regulate maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz along a specific path that will be revealed soon.

Azizi added that this mechanism will be limited to commercial vessels and entities cooperating with Iran, noting that fees will be collected in exchange for specialized services provided under the mechanism.
