Continued Decline of Dollar Prices Against Iraqi Dinar

Local markets recorded a new decline in dollar exchange rates in May 2026. The selling price in Spring 2026 reached approximately 153,000 dinars per hundred dollars. Meanwhile, the purchase price stabilized in mid-May 2026 trades at 152,000 dinars. This 2026 decrease reflects the success of government measures to strengthen the national currency's value.
