Berri, Ghalibaf Affirm Need to End Israeli War and Withdraw from Lebanese Lands

Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Iranian Shura Council Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf held a phone call, discussing developments in Lebanon and the region. Talks focused on field and political updates regarding the US-Iran MoU, specifically its clause on ending Israel's war on Lebanon, plus political contacts and Lebanon's regional context. Berri and Ghalibaf stressed the US, MoU guarantors, and the international community must assume responsibilities to compel Israel to end the war, stop village destruction, respect Lebanon's sovereignty, and immediately withdraw from its occupied territories.
