Anbar Initiates Water Release to Habbaniyah Lake for Revival

Anbar Governor, Omar Mashaan Dabous, announced the release of water into Lake Habbaniyah. This step aims to raise its levels, revitalize it, and improve its environmental condition, while also providing a water source for nearby villages along its banks. The governorate's media office reported that Dabous had a phone conversation with the Minister of Water Resources, Muthanna Al-Tamimi, to discuss the lake's status and water requirements. The call underscored the importance of supporting the lake and ensuring the sustainability of its resources.
