Al-Zaidi Announces Cooperation and Investment Partnerships with France and Germany
Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi announced on Sunday that his government plans to establish new avenues for cooperation and investment with Paris and Berlin. Speaking ahead of an official visit to France and Germany, leading a high-level delegation, Al-Zaidi stressed Iraq's need to reclaim its position and forge relationships based on mutual interests. He elaborated: "With Paris, we are opening modern fields for collaboration, investment, and development. With Berlin, we are pursuing partnerships focused on knowledge, technology, and industry, built on shared interests." He affirmed that "Iraq now views the international stage with confidence, actively striving to build genuine partnerships that convert its potential into an economic and regional power, becoming an influential entity in its global environment."
