Al-Araji Affirms Citizens' Right to Easily Obtain Legal Documents

The Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim Al-Araji, emphasized that obtaining legal identification documents is a right guaranteed by law for every citizen, stressing the importance of facilitating the related procedures and preventing unjustified delays. Al-Araji noted in a post on the "X" platform that this approach aligns with the directives of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Iraqi government, aiming to complete citizens' transactions according to established regulations. He explained that simplifying these procedures helps preserve the dignity of citizens and alleviate their burdens, while also strengthening trust in state institutions and affirming the rule of law.
